By 918 APK: We reserve the right to suspend or close any account at any time and without prior notice if:

• There is evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity

• Any failure or delay caused by extraordinary circumstances including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, or actions by government authorities

918 apk's maximum liability to any member under any circumstance is limited to the total amount actually deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
